An Even Better Place To Work Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, applying the relevant accessibility standards to our main marketing website and our digital workplace diagnostics platforms.

  • Descriptive Links: Links across our platform are written with descriptive anchor text that explains where the link goes out of context (avoiding generic “click here” phrases). 

3. Known Limitations and Non-Accessible Content

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility across bp2w.com, there are some areas where we are working to resolve existing barriers: 

  • Legacy Documents (PDFs): Some older downloadable reports, frameworks, or corporate guides may lack optimized structural tags or alternative alt-text definitions for graphics. We are steadily upgrading these files to accessible web formats. 
  • Third-Party Embedded Video Players: Videos embedded from third-party hosting providers might not automatically show synchronized closed captions or provide audio descriptions. 
  • Dynamic Analytics Dashboards: Some complex corporate diagnostic charts or visual reporting maps may be difficult for traditional screen readers to interpret natively. We can provide raw text descriptions or tabular CSV readouts of these reports upon request.
